News:
  1.  Bus Evacuation Drills: These will take place for all of our buses onMonday, September 18th after school.  Please plan on students arriving 10-15 minutes late on this evening.
  1. PTO Fundraiser:  This event will kick-offon Monday morning.  Students will be coming home with information regarding the sale.  Please know that the money raised goes back to your child through a variety of means: off sets or fully pays for field trips and associated bus costs and provides classroom supplies just to name a couple.
  1. Indiana Digital Citizenship: MIS will be participating in activities next week that will promote Indiana’s digital citizenship initiative.  You will find attached to this mailing information important for parents to know and discuss with children.
  1.  Imagination Library is coming to Greenfield-Central Community Schools!

The Imagination Library is a FREE program that inspires a love for reading by delivering books to babies living in Hancock County every month, until their fifth birthday! Greenfield-Central Community Schools are also committed to this, we have pledged to raise at least $2600 to provide free books to the children in our community. Please help us raise awareness of the continuing need and show your support by making a donation online or at any Greenfield-Central school during the week of September 18-22.

  1. Book Rental:  If you still owe book rental, please get this paid as soon as possible.  If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Yeager at 326-3121.

  1.  Fall Book Fair/Literacy Night:  The book fair will be open September 18-22nd. The book fair will also be open during our Family Literacy night onTuesday, September 19th from 6:30-7:30PM.

-Classes start at 7:50 a.m. Doors to parent drop-off at Door 10 open at 7:40. Please use parent entrance off of CR 500 North.

-Don't forget to update your child's transportation information using School Dismissal Manager. Please make changes by 1:30 to ensure that your child is properly notified of changes.

-We are pleased to offer a Grab and Go style breakfast to students this year.
