News:

  1. ISTEP Update:  We were informed today by the Indiana Department of Education that the entire ISTEP+ test will be online this year.  This means that the applied skills test that has always been a paper/pencil test will be given online.
  1. JBS Shuttle Bus Elimination:  Just a reminder that beginningMonday morning the JBS shuttle will will become a normal route.  If you are in the JBS walk zone, a bus will be coming through your neighborhood to pick you up.  The bus will not be picking students up in the JBS parking lot.  We have attached the route map to this email, and you should have received an email earlier this week with additional information if this impacts your child.
  1.  Textbook Fees Reminder:  If you have not had the opportunity to pay your child’s book rental, please plan to do so at your earliest convenience.  Cash, checks, or money orders for book rental payments may be submitted to the office.  Credit card payments may also be made through EZSchoolPay.  Please remember that there is a 4.1% processing fee when using this service.

Book rental fees were loaded into PowerSchool last week.  Received payments will be posted in PowerSchool over the course of the next week.  Should you have questions regarding payment status, please feel free to contact Mrs. Yeager at lyeager@gcsc.k12.in.us or at (317)326-3121.
